Informal Community Update on New Condo Project at Medinah on the Lake
We want to keep our MOTL community in the loop regarding the exciting developments happening with the new condo project. The three-Unit building will be located at the East end of the field. The front of the building will be facing the 125 building. The six-unit building will be facing North, and the back of the building will face the creek.
Status: Construction started with the three-unit building constructed first.
Formal updates will be sent from FirstService Residential.
